Forms and paperwork can be found online (links to the left). All applications should be delivered or mailed to Town of Holland, 27 Sturbridge Rd. , Holland MA 01521. Applications are not accepted online or via email.
Payments can be received at Town Hall or be made on line.
Issued Building Permits will be available for pick up at Town Hall when notified or can be mailed if you provide a self-addressed, stamped envelope with your permit application.
PLEASE NOTE:
If your project will include electrical and/or plumbing or gas work, you must also apply for electrical and/or plumbing or gas permit(s) along with your building permit, and pay the required fees for each additional permit.
