About Us
The Zoning Board of Appeals is appointed by the Board of Selectmen for three-year terms, each ending in successive years. The Board is responsible for:
- Receiving Applications for Special Permits and Variances
- Scheduling and conducting Public Hearings
- Making determinations on Appeals
- Complying with Massachusetts General Laws about Zoning and the Zoning Appeals Process
